MISSION ARTISTS

Mission Artists

Monday  1pm-4pm

Our Mission Artists are a group of dedicated people who love to do arts and crafts.  All items created by the group are sold in our annual Pumpkin Festival to raise money for local ministries.  It's a lot of fun for creative individuals.  They meet March-October.

OKLAHOMA SCOTTISH PIPES & DRUMS

OK Scottish Pipes & Drums

Thursday 6:00pm

The Oklahoma Scottish Pipes and Drums, is the premiere pipe band in the Oklahoma City metro area! The band is comprised of people from all walks of life – law enforcement, government workers, educators, business owners, and health care professionals – so you are sure to feel at home. To attract and maintain such a varied group they have a strong educational program that will keep the serious piping student challenged and help the beginner piper develop and maintain their skills. So take a look at our website and what our band has to offer.

MOBILE MEALS AT ST. MATTHEW

Mobile Meals at St. Matthew

Tuesdays and Fridays at 7:00am

We are a group of committed volunteers who recognize and serve senior citizens of Eastern Oklahoma County who are food insecure. By delivering hot meals as well as non perishable food twice weekly, are able to insure the recipient's health, security and greatly impacting their loneliness.

MID-DEL STITCHIN' SISTERS QUILTERS GUILD

Mid-Del Stitchin' Sisters

2nd Tuesday at 7:00pm (General Meeting)

The purpose of this organization is to stimulate interest in quilts, to promote and advance the art of quilt making, conduct educational programs and service in all aspects of quilt making, and to preserve out quilting heritage and traditions.  The Guild provides for the community by making and donating quilts where needed.

Moving for Better Balance

Tai Chi

Tuesday & Thursday at 1:00pm

As a form of exercise, Tai Chi combines gentle physical exercise and stretching with mindfulness. Research has produced mixed results but appears to show that Tai Chi can improve balance control, fitness, and flexibility, and might cut the risk of falls in older people.  All are welcome.

MID-DEL TOASTMASTERS CLUB

Toastmasters

Tuesdays at 6:15pm

Toastmasters International is a non-profit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs.  Becoming a member is easy and affordable.

OKIE DOKIE BANJO BAND

Okie Dokie Banjo Band

Tuesdays at 7:00pm

The Okie Dokies have been entertaining Oklahomans for many years now.  They perform all over the state for special events.  Whether you play the banjo or want to learn, there is a place for you in the band.

Midweek

4FX Free Community Dinner

Wednesdays from 5:30pm - 6:15pm

Midweek Community Dinner and Study is a free Wednesday night meal and bible study.  It's great food and wonderful fellowship for anyone.

YOUTH BIBLE STUDY

Youth Bible Study

Sundays 5pm-7pm

Wednesdays  6:30pm - 7:30pm

Youth from 6th - 12th Grade gather for fellowship and Bible Study each Wednesday and Sunday evening.  From time to time there are other activities.

KIDS WOW CLUB

Kids WOW Club

Wednesdays from 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Kids WOW is for children PreK - 5th Grade.  We have Bible lessons, games, crafts, and lots of fun as we learn that God loves us unconditionally, the Church is a safe place to be, and stories of Jesus.

CHANCEL CHOIR

Music Ministry

Wednesdays from 7:15pm - 8:30pm

St. Matthew has an outstanding choir presenting amazing musical selections nearly every Sunday.  There is a place for everyone who loves to sing.

STEPHEN MINISTRY

Stephen Ministry Compass

Every 2nd and 4th Monday at 5pm

Stephen Ministry is Christ caring for people through other people in a ministry of listening.  Stephen Ministers receive 50 hours of instruction and continuing education each month.  If you are interested in becoming a Stephen Minister, or would like to speak to one, please contact us.

UNITED METHODIST WOMEN

United Methodist Women

4th Thursday at 7:00pm (Lydia Circle)

The United Methodist Women (UMW) is a group of women who gather monthly to be involved in missions around the world.  They raise funds to support missionaries, learn about the struggles they face, and work to foster spiritual growth, developing leaders, and advocating for social justice.  All ladies are welcome.

MEN'S BREAKFAST

Men's Breakfast

2nd Saturday at 8:00am

At St. Matthew, our men get together for breakfast and fellowship on a monthly basis.  They also do occasional mission projects and meet needs in our community.  All gentlemen are welcome.

GIRL SCOUTS - TROOP 70 & 770

Girl Scouts

Saturdays at 10:00am

Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.  It's a great program and lots of fun.

EAGLE SCOUT REVIEW BOARD

Eagle Scouts

3rd Saturday at 8:30am

This Board meets monthly to help and encourage young men who are seeking to earn the Eagle Scout Badge.
