      Welcome to St. Matthew United Methodist Church!  We are a warm family of faith located in the heart of the Midwest City area.  No matter where you're from, there is a place for you here with us!  We are a congregation of happy, caring people who have come together from may different places, experiences, and backgrounds.  We are united in our love for God and in loving others in God's name.  We believe that life is all about faith lived through relationships with others and with God.  Here you will find a place to grow and and call home.

     Worship services are Christ-centered and spiritually uplifting, with careful scholarship, humor, and life experience. We are ONE CHURCH with two worship options every Sunday morning.

 

    This incredible congregation reaches out into the community each year by funding and participating in ministries and services that help others.  Every October you will find our building transformed inside and out by pumpkins.  Yes, we're The Pumpkin Church!  Through the sale of pumpkins, crafts, food, and fun, we raise funds that help support local and worldwide service ministries that make a difference in the lives of others in the Mid-Del community.

 

     Our Children's Ministry St. Matt Kids, is growing, with Christ-centered Children's Church during the Sermon. Children learn about Jesus and how to share His love with others.

     Our Alpha Omega Youth Ministry is mission-minded too.  They participate in Youth Force every summer - an inner city work camp that involves youth from all over the region in the hands-on helping of others.  Missions are a priority, and we are often going somewhere to lend a hand and share the word of God.
