Worship services at St. Matthew are Biblically based with careful scholarship, humor, and life experience. Our Early Worship Service has a more relaxed atmosphere where Holy Communion is shared each week. The Way at St. Matthew is an informal, contemporary worship service focused on praising God through music, joining hearts together in prayer, and the proclamation of God's Word. There is a wide variety of music in this service and it is led by our house band, Witness. Our Traditional Worship Service is liturgically based with a heritage of music provided by our Chancel Choir, the Spirit Singers, the Handbell Choir and the Children's Choir.

Every year in the late spring, our Family Camp provides an unforgettable experience of fun, sharing, and getting better acquainted. The St. Matthew youth group, called Alpha Omega Student Ministries, are involved in missions, too, through the well known city-wide Youth Force, an inner city work camp that involves youth from all over the area in the hands-on helping of others. There are mission trips, educational opportunities, and so much more.
