| Rev. Ron Perceful, Senior Pastor
Ron and Wendee have been married for almost 20 years, and have four children: Joshua, Chad, Jennifer and Gary. They have seven grandchildren: Clayton, Jaken, Grayson, Riley and Jaxton, Jaren and Cameron. Technically, they are a combined family, but they have bridged that paradox to make one complete and loving family. Both Ron and Wendee love music, travel, their children and grandchildren. Also, Ron enjoys fishing, golfing, flying, playing the guitar and banjo, and serving the Lord. |

| Wendee Perceful, Associate Pastor
She leads the Worship Team for “The Way” @St. Matthew, works with the Media Ministry Team, and administers the e-mail prayer chain among other duties. In addition to music, her hobbies include genealogy, quilting, needlework and spending time with the children and grandchildren.

| Gayle Tatum, Program & Choir Director
Gayle is an Oklahoma native. She and her husband, Carl, reside in Midwest City. They have two daughters and sons-in-law, three grandsons, Ryan, Daniel and Mason and a granddaughter, Maddie. Gayle’s hobbies are reading, music, and watching the Sooners compete in football and basketball. In her ministry at St. Matthew, she is able to combine her love of music and sharing God’s love with others into a very rewarding career. | ||||||
Melissa Smith , Director of Student Ministries
Melissa loves life and is always surprised by what God has in store for her. She became an active part of Alpha Omega as a youth intern over the summer of 2008 and wants to contribute new ideas while keeping some of the wonderful traditions going as the Student Ministries Director. She enjoys camping, swimming, playing recreational sports, and bowling. Her grandparents (Clint and Lear Thompson) and parents (Keith and Gail Thompson) still live in Midwest City, and she has a twin brother (Nick Thompson) that is currently attending Medical School at OSU in Tulsa. |

Pastor
Ron was born and raised in Oklahoma City and graduated from U.S. Grant High School in 1969. Before answering the call to ministry, he was a business owner in Oklahoma City and Newcastle for over twenty years. He is a graduate of Oklahoma City University and of Perkins Theological Seminary in Dallas, Texas.
Pastor Wendee was raised in South Oklahoma City and graduated from U.S. Grant High School in 1976. She is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University, with degrees in Human Resources and Management, and is attending Asbury Theological Seminary.
Gayle Tatum joined
the staff of St. Matthew UMC in August, 1983. She served as Program
Director and Youth Director before assuming her current position of
Program and Choir Director in 1994. Gayle has a Bachelor of Music Degree
from Oklahoma College of Liberal Arts, now the University of Science
and Arts of Oklahoma, and has taken graduate level courses at North
Texas State University, University of Oklahoma, and Oklahoma City University.
Melissa was born
and raised in Midwest City and attended Wickline UMC regularly until
graduating from Carl Albert High School in 2002. She attended the University
of Oklahoma and received a Bachelors of Science in Zoology and is currently
attending Oklahoma City University where she is working toward a Master's
degree in Religious Education.
